Heads up: Delivery estimates below exclude order processing time. Business days are Mon–Fri, excluding US federal holidays.
Order Processing Times
- Standard processing: 1–2 business days.
- Expedited orders placed by 12:00 PM PST ship same business day whenever possible.
- High-volume drops and sale events may add 1–2 days.
- Orders flagged by our fraud screening may require ID verification before shipment.

International Shipping
Service & Transit
- Tracked delivery via DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, or USPS Priority International.
- Typical transit: 4–10 business days for major markets; some regions 10–21.
- Remote area surcharges may apply per carrier rules.
Rates & Duties
- Flat rate: $24.95 on most orders; Free over $300 (after discounts, before taxes).
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated at checkout.
- Customs processing can extend delivery timelines.
We cannot declare a lower value or mark shipments as gifts.
Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking is emailed when a label is created and updates within 24 hours of carrier scan.
- Add [email protected] to your contacts to avoid missing updates.
- Allow up to 48 hours for the first scan during peak periods.
Address Changes & Order Edits
- Contact us immediately with your order number to request an address change before shipment.
- We can’t reroute packages once in transit. Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur return shipping fees.
- For security, we may only ship to the address entered at checkout on high‑value orders.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Freight Forwarders
- PO Boxes: ship via USPS services only. Expedited/Next‑Day to PO Boxes is unavailable.
- APO/FPO/DPO: supported via USPS; transit times vary by military mail routing.
- Freight forwarders: delivery to the forwarder constitutes delivery; damage/loss after that point is not covered.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- International customers are responsible for all import fees unless prepaid options are shown at checkout.
- Customs may hold shipments and request ID or payment; these steps are outside our control.
- If a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties or refusal, original shipping and return costs may be withheld from refunds.
Delivery Issues: Lost, Stolen, or Damaged
Marked Delivered, Not Received
- Check with neighbors and building management; wait 24–48 hours for a follow‑up scan.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number. We’re happy to assist with a trace.
- File a theft report if necessary; claims may require documentation.
In‑Transit Lost
- If no movement for 7+ business days (US) or 10+ (intl), reach out to our team.
- We open a carrier investigation and resolve with a replacement or refund per outcome.
Damaged on Arrival
- Photograph outer packaging, inner packaging, and item within 48 hours.
- Contact us with your order number and photos to start a claim.
Signature may be required for orders over $400. We insure shipments up to the order value where available.
Preorders, Backorders & Split Shipments
- Estimated ship windows are shown on product pages and in your confirmation.
- Orders containing in‑stock and preorder items may ship separately at our discretion.
- We’ll email updates if timelines change due to supplier or carrier constraints.
Holiday & Peak Season
- During peak periods, allow 1–2 extra processing days.
- Carrier cutoff times for guaranteed delivery will be posted on this page each season.
Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
- Return shipping may be deducted from refunds if a prepaid label is used.
