Return Window

30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags/packaging.

US Return Label

Use our prepaid label. A flat $9.95 is deducted from refunds. Exchanges ship free both ways (US only).

Processing Time

3–5 business days after your return arrives. Bank posting may take an additional 3–10 business days.

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging included.
  • Sneakers or items with factory lacing, authenticity seals, or stickers must be returned as received.
  • Evidence of wear (fragrance, pet hair, stains, stretching, pilling, deodorant marks) voids eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale or clearance at checkout.
  • Undergarments, socks, face masks, and opened accessory packs for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards and store credit.
  • Customized or altered items after delivery.
  • Items returned without original tags/packaging or that show wear or washing.

How to Start a Return (US)

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with eligibility confirmation and a prepaid label when applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely following the guidelines below and ship within 7 days of label issuance.

Fee: For US returns using our label, a flat $9.95 is deducted from the refund. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Size or color exchanges are available for the same item while inventory lasts.
  • US exchanges ship free both ways. We’ll reserve the replacement once the return is in transit.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund per the refund terms below.

Refunds & Timelines

  • Inspection processing: 3–5 business days after your package is delivered to our facility.
  • Refund method: Original payment method; store credit available upon request.
  • Bank posting: Allow an additional 3–10 business days depending on your bank/card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return label fee applies when used (US only).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Report any issue within 7 days of delivery so we can help quickly.

  • Attach clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  • We’ll prioritize a replacement or provide a prepaid return and refund.

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties/taxes; we do not supply international labels.
  • Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to help avoid extra import fees.
  • We recommend a tracked and insured service. We’re not responsible for lost return parcels.

Packaging Guidelines

  • Include all accessories, tags, and branded packaging (poly bags, boxes, authenticity cards).
  • Use a clean, sturdy outer box or mailer; avoid taping directly to branded boxes.
  • Place the provided return label on the outer package only and remove old labels.

Holiday & Gift Returns

  • Orders delivered between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns through January 15.
  • Gift returns can be exchanged or issued as store credit to the recipient upon request.
